For more than a decade, we ran one of the most awarded creative agencies in America.

It was called Eff Creative Group. We founded it in 2013. We grew it from a single Times Square office into a four-time Inc. 500 company with operations in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We launched 100+ platforms and digital products. We won 45+ national and international awards, including two Stevie Woman of the Year awards, a Stevie Executive of the Year, a PRSA-NY Big Apple for Best Global Communications Campaign, and a Fintech Breakthrough Award, plus three patents. We sold it in 2019, ran it under the acquirer, and took it back in 2022.

Our clients included companies in fintech, healthcare, consumer products, beauty, entertainment, fashion, nonprofit, B2B SaaS, AI, and well beyond. From emerging founders to publicly traded enterprises, from New York boardrooms to operations in Singapore and Hong Kong.

An established mid-market advisory firm in the Northeast. 300 employees. First down year in over a decade.

And underneath it: a service offering that no longer matched what the market was paying for, and an operation running on manual coordination across nearly every division.

We engaged as embedded fractional leadership. Under our Turnformation™ model, we realigned the team structure, rebuilt the sales strategy with a CRM-integrated KPI framework, conducted department-level cultural assessments, and reevaluated the firm's service offering from the ground up, repositioning what the firm sold, how it sold it, and which engagements it walked away from.
